  1. Conventiently Located to everything!

Despite having a small issue with our room, the management was quick to respond and send someone up despite the late hour and to our delight when we checked out the following morning, they waived the resort fee because of our inconvenience.
    I’ll be back for sure!
Best coffee place in Bally’s as well – Lavazza.
I think they could upgrade their Vegas souvenir shop – it isn’t as good as the other hotels.

  2. Location is great.

Hotel rooms are so separate from the main entrance and if you’re not physically in shape, have walking trouble or not in decent shape don’t stay here. One or two Elevators are always broken down, though there are 6 I think. Slot machines don’t pay much if at all unless you max bet which could be $3.00 or more per spin. Money goes fast. If you ask for a drink while playing don’t expect much alcohol if any. I asked for a screwdriver and got watered down OJ. Renovated rooms are nice and pretty quiet if you get the side away from the street. Had a good time overall. Except for losing too much money on slots.

  3. This hotel offers good hospitality

This is the second consecutive year that I have spent a weekend at Bally’s Las Vegas hotel. The casino is large and in most spots not congested. Most of the dealers were really nice, although a few could smile more and not be so serious. Never had a problem getting a drink while gambling. The cocktail servers came around frequently with the exception of one evening when casino was packed. The room was clean and spacious, view ok. A/C worked well. I used bell captain to store my luggage twice, no issues. Loved the mint juleps and buffet food was delicious. Staff was always nice. I plan to return!
